We all know that it can be a little challenging to find a healthy Halloween snack for kids. So after some brainstorming, I came up with a fun and creative way to sneak something healthy into the Halloween party mix: a fruity eyeball snack!
How to make fruity eyeballs
Just hold the grape horizontally and scoop out a small hole with a potato peeler.

Grapes with a hole scooped out for making “eyeballs” ~ they are now ready for the blueberry “pupils.”
Place a frozen blueberry in the center of each hole and voila: you have a healthy Halloween snack in the form of fruity eyeballs!
Your healthy Halloween snack is ready to eat!
You can FREEZE these “eyeballs” to use as ice cubes in a Halloween punch.
