It’s official: Disney Channel can turn anything into a musical, and Freaky Friday is no exception. Think of this as the High School Musical version of the Freaky Friday you grew up with. The timeless premise of Freaky Friday is that mother and daughter magically switch bodies for one day.
My daughter and I agree that this version isn’t nearly as good as the 2003 version of Freaky Friday with Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis. Freaky Friday version 2018 has dancing. Lots and lots of dancing. However, for a Friday night movie with a girl age 6 to 9, it’s a fun and appropriate choice.
My favorite Freaky Friday movie is the one with Lindsey Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis. My family likes to make popcorn when we watch a movie.
I love the one with Jamie Lee Curtis
My families favorite movie night activity is eating a lot of snacks!
I like the 2003 version, but my 8 yr old LOVES this movie!
We like the 2003 version with Jamie Lee Curtis.
We like eating popcorn with Ranch seasoning during our movie nights.
my favorite freaky Friday is the old one
the Jamie Lee Curtis version
The 2003 Freaky Friday movie.
